Project description:
The aim of the „TEMPO education for Olomouc region“ project (no. CZ.1.07/3.2.05/02.0037) is to deepen and widen the offer of further education in Olomouc region pointing to competitiveness of individuals by increasing quality and range of training programs either in full-time or in e-learning form. Within the project four modules of further education will be developed and consequently firstly attested.

Project is implemented within the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness and is funded by the European Social Fund and state budget of the Czech Republic.

Project description:
The project “New trends in vocational education in the fields of electrical engineering, building industry and gastronomy” (no. CZ.1.07/3.2.07/02.0018) responds to the development of modern technologies in nowadays society. At the same time it reacts to the demands of employers, professional associations and corporations regarding obtaining knowledge of new technological trends and procedures in the fields of electrical engineering, building industry and gastronomy.

Target group is represented by lecturers, i.e. educational staff implementing further vocational education at schools in specializations like electrical engineering, building industry and gastronomy. New educational modules will be developed within the project. There will be 5 profession modules in total (2 from the electrical engineering specialization, 1 from the building industry specialization and 2 from gastronomy specialization) and 1 lecturer module (e-learning module).

Individual modules will be firstly verified by the target group. There will be minimally 57 people involved in the verification. Project will be implemented by the applicant and three partner high schools from Moravian-Silesian region:

  • Střední škola společného stravování, Ostrava-Hrabůvka, p. o.
  • Střední škola elektrostavební a dřevozpracující, Frýdek-Místek, p. o.

Project description:
Project JUMP– já – učení – motivace – práce (no. CZ.1.04/3.3.05/56.00021) is designated for juveniles less than 18 years old and people less than 25 years old without any qualification or with low level of qualification living in the Moravian-Silesian region. The content of the project responds to a high risk of vulnerability with social exclusion that the target group faces. The project activities are planned on two levels:

  • As a complex level, especially with the focus on the motivation of the project´s participants to enter the labour market.
  • As an individual level, prioritizing individual approach to each participant by personal consultations.


Aim of the project is to strengthen the motivation and knowing, increase the qualification and arrange job positions for the successful graduates of the training activities.

Project is implemented within the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and is funded by the European Social Fund and state budget of the Czech Republic.

Aim of the project “We will make it as well! Or support for women undertaking in Moravian-Silesian region” (no. CZ.1.04/3.4.04/54.00295) is to support the commencement of women self-employment by means of consultancy in entrepreneurship and creating business plans based on the marketing market research in chosen locations.

Target group is represented by 45 women from Moravian-Silesian region who intend to start running a business. Project implementation will enable to create conditions for the development of women undertaking and thereby contribute to equal opportunities for men and women in the labour market.

Project description
Project “Further vocational education development in South Moravian region”, grant project no. CZ.1.07/3.2.04/01.0045 GG OP VK of South Moravian region responds to the development of new trends in the fields of electrical engineering and building industry. At the same time it reflects the qualification requirements of employers in SM region and the need to develop skills in modern technological processes. The aim of the project is to extend the offer of further education in SM region by creating 4 training modules. These modules react to modern trends in building industry, electrical engineering (3 full time courses) and to andragogy development (one andragogy module in e-learning form).
Target group is represented by 60 lecturers, i.e. educational staff working in further adult education in the fields of building industry and electrical engineering (electrical distribution and electronic control systems) at high schools in SM region. Project offers the lecturers of further education the opportunity to apply obtained knowledge in practice, increase their practical skills and vocational know-how. Besides, project proposes establishment of long-term cooperation with companies participating in the project.

Project description:
Project “Špicová hokna” results from the current labour market needs and entrepreneurs´ interests in qualified workers in building industry in South Moravian region.

Aim of the project is to support technical fields and improve the quality of classes concerned with building at high schools specialized in building industry in South Moravian region by implementing new technologies in the classwork.

Project develops innovative forms of cooperation among vocational high schools specialized in building industry and the companies operating in this industry as well. This way the theory and practice can get connected and support a closer cooperation between schools and potential employers of the schools graduates.

Part of the project is a course “Mechanic of light sheating” which provides certificates for students of high schools specialized in building industry.

Project description:
Project “Eye to the Future” no. CZ.1.07/1.1.07/03.0005, aims to improve the quality of classes for the “Optician” specialization by supporting the implementation of new technological processes and work with new tools, equipment and materials used in the optic practice into the school education.  

Aim of the project is to improve the conditions and support the education of technical specialization Optician at high schools teaching this specialization in Moravian-Silesian region, development of cooperation between schools and optic companies, e.g. cooperation on preparation and implementation of training educational staff on new technologies, seminars and presentations for students focused on news in the given subject, providing vocational excursions, cooperation on creating teaching materials.
Another aim is to support closer links among schools and potential employers of school graduates. Among specific goals of the project belong extending students´ knowledge to news and technologies from practice, establishing contacts with optic companies, i.e. with future employers, education improvement and bigger eye-appeal of the undersized Optic specialization in the Moravian-Silesian region.
The target group will be represented by the students of second and third grade studying the Optic specialization at Střední škola elektrotechnická, Na Jízdárně 30, p.o., Ostrava and students from the cooperating school Střední škola techniky a služeb, Karviná, semi-budgetary organization.
